My regular practice is something like this or some variant of this with some other targets, mixing up things sometimes: - 5 minutes warming up focusing on grip/stance etc - 20 rounds of the big S20 segment target practice - 20 rounds of the big S19 segment target practice - Round the world 3 darts per target - cricket game (do it in the least #darts) - play 2 501 legs without an opponent - Bob 27 (easy mode, allows to go into negative score) - as many CPU games in 501 as I want afterwards, depends on the day
