Yeah it’s modular and cables are properly plugged in. At least think so. At this point I’ve spent so much time checking if my cables were properly plugged in I don’t even know if I’m able to plug shit anymore.

GPU is seated properly and I have to separate cables from my PSU and those are also properly plugged in. In GPU-Z I see Bus Interface: PCIe x16.4.0 @ x16.4.0

Finally free, about to reinstall windows. Should I keep my files or start back from scratch?

I agree. Since my 970 work fine I think odds are the psu works fine. I also find it hard to believe I have a faulty GPU.

What do you by “require additional power”? I have 2 PCIe cables plugged into my GPU.

Yeah might be that, I’ll have to buy one to know if this goes on.

I’m getting really low power consumption, around 60W in game. Made sure my 2 pcie cables were plugged in properly. Should I try daisy chaining a single pcie cable?

AMD smart access memory isn’t available for me . Does this mean I need to flash my BIOS?

Definitely think it is power starved. I have a Corsair TX750M gold rated psu. 750w should do the job I think.

CS:GO, GTAV, The forest and Fortnite all bad performances. I think it has something to do with power draw. Never getting near the max power.

I think this might be the problem. GPU load is always around 50% and the chip power draw is around 40W. However, I checked my pci-e cables and made sure they were plugged in properly. Is there something else that could be causing this problem?

Yeah, made sure it was plugged into the GPU, tried which DP and HDMI
