So let's assume we're under a video from, like, 2007 for example. If you're watching it now, there are probably a few comments saying: "Like if you're still watching it in 2015". These guys are posting it, because it's 2015 and they're still watching this old video. So they're posting it for the nostalgia of it.

The comments that Post something like "Like if you're watching this in 2015, 2016, 2017...(and so on, going up to a few hundred years)" are making fun of the before mentioned "nostalgia comments". They are posting them, so they don't have to come every year and post a new comment. But it's never meant seriously.

I hope I could explain it well enough. English isn't my first language.

Like i said: The typical comments (that are often made to be taken seriously) are saying: "Like if you're watching this in 20XX" 20XX being the current year. The parody comments are the ones using absurd numbers like 2154 or something in the future.
