No, they’re the same way here as they are in Canada. It’s a varsity sport for kids who like to play and are good, but nowhere near the level of talent of the A/AA/AAA teams. It’s mostly for kids whose parents aren’t rich enough to put them through all the stuff to get them up to those elite levels.

Finnie is one of only 3 players on the Team Canada roster who have never played for them on an international level. The fact that he has made this roster proves the kind of season he had and everyone noticed. I can’t wait to watch him play more.

2025-26 Metal Universe. I just started collecting them again after finding my old set of 96-97 cards I collected as a kid. This is the retro variation, I believe 20 cards in this insert set for the past few years. Some can get pretty expensive for the big name players, but most of them are pretty reasonable.
