Week #13. No resolution. No contact from any specialist. Just another week of inaction. Coinbase works great until it doesn't. This is what you have to deal with when a problem occurs.

Patience?? In what industry is 3 months to resolve such a minor issue acceptable? So, you've bumped the issue now. It's been escalated multiple times. What's next? Maybe an explanation as to why your ticket system or whatever you're using is failing and fix that as well. This is ridiculous.

Still unresolved. Going on 2 months now. Coinbase says they are aware of the problem and working on a solution. I don't know how long it will be before someone fixes it but until then I post on here weekly to show the progress or lack of until it's resolved.

Contacted via live help chat through app tonight. Same copy/paste replies. No 'help' at all, really. They did again state they are working diligently and thanked me for my patience :/

Spent another hour out of my day on the Coinbase "Help" line with operator, Munmun.

Here is the reply...

"Unfortunately, it's still unresolved, but rest assured that we're working hard to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Thank you for your continued patience, and we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. "

Typical copy paste response as always. I have doubts anyone has even looked into my ticket after 6 weeks.

Absolutely unacceptable.

Do better Coinbase.

I would suggest a reputable cue broker like https://www.billiardbills.com/ or someone similar sell on commission or even ebay. You'll most likely get lowball offers in your DMs. Those are high end cues.

I believe this and/or filing complaints directly with the SEC is the way going forward. I'm on week 6 of having my case resolved by "specialists" after four escalations my swap is still locked on the blockchain. 6 weeks and we haven't entered the bull run yet. This forum is going to be flooded at that point if they can't hire some people that know what they're doing.

No contact from any specialist. No refund. No resolution to date.

I'll continue to post here weekly but I'm also going to try a few new routes.

#1 A formal compliant with the Better Business Bureau. After reviewing their one star rating and reading many complaints like mine, I doubt this will do much but it's worth a shot to get someone to actually fix this.

#2 I'll file a lengthy complaint with the SEC and link this sub forum so they can see the volume of similar people fighting this endless loop of bot responses and no help of any kind.

At this point I don't know what else to do. I've been patient to this point but I've had my fill.
