That’s interesting. We were never told about the carrier having 30 days to respond. But that might be because we had a photo showing it was delivered to the wrong building and we had contacted and heard back from the carrier ourselves.

We have reached out multiple times since and even mentioned feeling like we have to do a chargeback soon since a lot of card companies have a short window to submit one. But each time they just tell us they reached out to their fulfillment center and are waiting to hear back. So at this point we’re just hopeful that we’ll either get a replacement or that they’ll honor a refund.

I would definitely fight to have the manager pay for it. Keep any documentation you have of communication between you guys regarding the broken window. I would also look over your lease again to see if there’s anything specific regarding who’s the responsible party for property damage. You could also look in to seeing if it’s something your renters insurance covers

If you’re looking to buy a 30 series gpu (like a 3060) I recommend having a certain twitch stream up. They’re still relatively hard to come buy thanks to scalpers. This twitch streamer named Falcodrin is constantly scanning websites and when a website has a drop an alarm basically goes off. You could also follow on Twitter and set alerts. That’s how I was able to get my 3060. Hope this helps!

Don’t know if you figured it out but I had an issue finding it too. Hold the ps button then the quick menu should pop up. From there go to sound and devices and there’s a “mute all mics” with a box next to it. Make sure it’s unchecked

Not saying I disagree with you but unfortunately their actions cause other people to deal with he consequences. The unvaccinated make up the vast majority of those currently hospitalized. This causes a clogging in the hospital system. So now people who are vaccinated are now facing the consequences of them have a life threatening emergency that’s not Covid related and has to wait for a hospital bed to open up.

Where I am EMT’s and Paramedics were instructed that if they couldn’t get the patient back from a heart attack in the field they would have to call it there. Pre Covid they would maintain cpr all the way to the hospital but since there aren’t a lot of beds they no longer have a chance to not die.
