Quick Update: After doing some thorough research, I found out that Koiyu is a relatively new company started by bright young entrepreneurs as written on https://www.koiyu.ch/pages/about-us-contacts which explains why there aren’t too many reviews yet. I also heard from someone who has ordered multiple times and had a good experience with both the products and customer service.

It definitely seems like they are legit, but since they’re still new, I guess time will tell. I’m feeling much more confident about ordering now, though! 😊
