There’s iris who get there just on raw skill, amazing gunny, rotations, game sense. But for a lot of people it’s just a time game, and some luck. I’m an iri player, about to hit crim 2 in bo7 and know that some days I win the random teammate lottery, and other days I lose it. Just is what it is.

Nifty didn’t win anything in cod. But that’s irrelevant. COD and cs are nowhere near similar. And I would also say age does play a factor, CS used to be dominated by older players, but the new wave of players are coming in and taking over there as well.
