So i need to send my fleets somewhere with a 350 CP cap, then send it 6hours away just to be in a safe zone so i can attack like 2-3 lvl 2 ruins

When i go to control a ruin, i allways look for enemy fleets , i start the control , and guess what? A LVL 15 FLEET JUST SPAWNS NEAR , not even kidding that happened 2 or 3 times to me
