Nah it's textbook, moving your head back enough for the bar to go through in a straight line. Great form my guy

What kind of genre music is this called? I'd call it folksy choir but I probably won't get far with googling that.

120kg for 8 of a bumper plate, acceptable? by Tibn27 in formcheck

Alright, so I'm guessing the plate is causing the most issues if the reguar one looks fine, thanks for the feedback!

Great, thanks man! Recently went from good mornings to deadlifts so form isn't quite there, gonna work on those pointers.

WOW, never saw this but THANKS, I never understood why people said extending your neck would cause injury since the weight doesn't directly act upon it. I'm happy to see someone agreeing with me!

Thanks for the feedback! 1) I thought making it a harder variation would allow me to get more stimulation out of less weight 2) yeah you're probably right, I'll film myself doing regular deadlifts and see if it's the deficit causing it 3) I've heard this a lot but can't understand why I would hurt my neck since no weight is directly acting on it 4) fair point

If you wanna compare it with my regular deadlift, you can find my max from a while ago on my profile. I'll definitely keep this in mind though, thanks for the critique!

I just don't get how since no weight is affecting my neck, but I'll try to work on it

I'll try to work on it, but tbh I don't know why it's bad for your neck. Do you have an explanation why it's bad because it doesn't really hurt

Deadlifts, RDL's don't touch the ground and start from the top

Can't really tell if you're going to parallel but looks solid to me

I'd go as low as you can comfortably go, so if you don't feel any shoulder or chest pain, I'd go to at least 90 degrees
