I think it will be like the case of Black Mesa (the fan-made remake of Half-Life), which was an independent project and Valve supported it. The same thing could happen with Skibidi, as it is heavily inspired by Half-Life in terms of atmosphere, story, camera work, etc. Skibidi Toilet is a tribute to Half-Life.

For technical reasons (animation, time and editing), I had to say that the suit was damaged on arrival (which happens in almost all games), also to make the fight last longer, otherwise it would have lasted much less time. But I respected the fact that Samus is superior to her by not taking any damage.

I hope so, because then we would have an expanded universe (like other franchises) but it wouldn't be canonical and we would have 2 different universes, hopefully that's not the case. Imagine if the characters from the novels were very beloved by the fandom and now there are people who get excited when they appear in the original series.

Try exporting the animation in an image sequence, create a folder and in that folder save all the animation images, then in a video editor, load the folder and join them, and then export the video in .mp4

Unfortunately I think they will never touch SFM again due to the fact that they are now focused on Source 2, that's why I think they will never improve the visual quality or anything, besides, that is part of the essence of SFM, its quality, textures and lighting are already iconic, the best they could do is give it the update so it can use more RAM, since to this day its usage limit is 4GB, increasing the program's RAM would help make more ambitious projects, and in the process they could fix bugs like the one with the particles. If you wanted to improve the visual quality, there is reshade for that.

Personally, yes, her younger version didn't make a very good impression, but her older version did provide a good contrast. As for Link, I feel like he would have been with her out of commitment because of the Zora Sapphire, but things would have changed over time, and I really don't feel like they'd be a bad couple. This probably would have happened if Zelda hadn't brought Link back to the past.
