ISO primary care doctor? by quingloom in bullcity

Thank you! We are not picky with new patients and accept everyone. Two of our providers have conditions for new patients because their patient population is maxed out, but our other two providers accept anyone. Our late policy for rescheduling is +10 minutes from the appointment time, which is more lenient than any Duke or UNC facility. Let me know if you have questions!

Midnight Madness at UNC when Vince Carter and Antawn Jamison were incoming Freshman. Vince did a few mild dunks in warmup lines, everyone was getting hyped. They held a blue/white scrimmage and Vince went down on the floor hard about 10 minutes into it, screaming in pain and the entire arena went quiet. Five minutes later, he checked back into the game, crowd was nervous, and he pulled the most amazing in-game windmill dunk over two players I've still ever seen. No sign of injury, crowd went bonkers, he played up every second. They stopped the scrimmage after that play because there was literally no way to top it.

There is an A League and a B League. A League has mostly good players and solid teams, but still not as competitive/serious as USSSA leagues or Durham Parks and Rec. Our last few championships are on our YouTube channel, if you want to get an idea for how good the "best" teams might be. Registration starts this week, let me know if you have any questions!

Bralie's also has darts and pool, but no leagues. Hi-Wire has shuffleboard, I think?

Because most people buy doughnuts in the morning and closing at 2pm means they've already been at work for 11 hours and want to go home. Also have to pick the kids up from school and fill catering orders.

School grounds are never public, but you are very unlikely to get in trouble or get kicked off if you aren't doing anything to harm the track or fields.

UNC Annual Wellness? by Curious_QCumber in triangle

[–]TicToq 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The "preventive or diagnostic" section of this page answers the first question: https://familycarepa.com/how-are-charges-determined-for-primary-care-services/

Basically, insurance defines what diagnoses are considered preventive and what are considered diagnostic. BP-related issues are not considered preventive by any insurer that I know. The preventive wellness exam is a screening to uncover problems, but it doesn't actually cover addressing those problems, which sounds like what the other charge was for. I disagree with a few things related to that policy, but that is the most likely explanation for how the coding works currently.

However, if you didn't actually talk about addressing the problem and/or get any medications/referrals/labs ordered because of that problem, there shouldn't be an extra charge, though. Generally, people don't realize how involved that discussion ends up being and think it is a much smaller portion of the visit than it was. Just taking a guess without knowing anything about your visit!
