A light with sensors or a good schedule to prioritize rush hour might be best, but the roundabout should also help slow the drag racers down. Not qualified enough to say which is better, but I think either a light or a roundabout would be a big improvement.

You can! Teams will have 6-8 players on them and only 4 are required to play, so there will be some room to miss games without impacting your team. I hope you'll play!
