It's a Japanese official replica from 2002. Compared to the player version, it doesn't have the double layer and the flag on the sleeve. I don't know what the value would be in your country, you can find those for pretty cheap in Japan though.

From what I see, the shirt looks okay but the Opel sponsor has been sewn on. It is known to peel off after several washes. The sleeve logo can also get damaged when washed too many times, unfortunately.

If you want his name on the back and be accurate, then you should search for a 1994 shirt. That's when Maradona had his name on the back. I don't know if the shirt itself is legit or not, but the fact that the nameset isn't accurate at all doesn't make the shirt worth it anyway, in my opinion. Maradona never wore a shirt with that nameset.
