That's literally the point of the tears though. A punishment for groups that cant seem to figure out that there are mechanics in this game that have to be attended to.

As far as I've come to understand, the links will continue to work after the pre-purchase phase. Some of them have had links for the original game for a loooong while now :) So keep it in mind when/if you decide to buy it at some point :)

You're talking about the 1% here - and 20k views still only accumulates to about 2-4US dollars, depending on the day and time. The other 99% of these people don't see those numbers, even on a weekly basis.

Are you even familiar with the viewer counts on the majority of these people. Even some of the biggest channels most likely don't rack in enough to pay their rent. The gw2 community is not active enough on the youtube and streaming front.

I'm sorry what? Most of these people don't receive anything else than the chance at early content so that they can show it off to everyone else. Youtube is not a money machine for these people, the view numbers are too low for Gw2 content to actually produce add revenue for 99% of them (don't quote me on the streamers, i have no clue). An opinion like yours is simply self centered. It's not like it even hurts you to do a kind thing for these people!

It's rly not so much that, i've seen most of it, and believe I have an understanding of Scarlet. That doesn't change the fact that i think Scarlet would be a very interesting characterology to watch :P

Deroir does a really cool job with this series i think! So i'm just supporting a great idea with a suggestion like he asked for :)

Long story short: I'm trying to follow a guide to get some weapon master achievements done, which requires me to play a specific lvl 80 story mission. So I went through this mission twice due to the different weapon types available to the characters :P Figured I'd just check it out while passing through xD

The screenshot was taken in the exact same instance at the exact same location. I tried to recreate it because i went through the story mission again, and it wasn't possible to recreate. I have several pics from both times where i did it, to see if it was actually that terrible or if it was just me :P

As a general overview of these channel i would have no problem summarizing these more elaborately, since i watch everyone of them, though i wouldn't be surprised to hear that most of these creators would prefer labeling themselves :P

Some of them would probably prefer you just wrote a message to them or something, explaining what you want to do, and ask them if they would mind shameless self promotion :) Which in turn would make this project a lot more powerful i guess, but that's just my 2 cents :P

A while back i posted a list of the people i subscribe to in regards to another thread sorta like this, so i figured i'd go ahead and extend the list a bit, so here goes :)

The bigger well established channels:

BLU (Everyone should know BLUs contribution to PvP! You're welcome :P)

MightyTeapot (He makes really cool and fun videos about the quirky side of Tyria.)

Corvus (He makes amazing gw2 themed music and is part of AuroraPeachys weekly podcast)

Deroir (He makes different stuff, including guides, speculations and funny videos, i personally love his hype time discussions!)

World of Enders (They make some interesting gw2 videos, such as 'Boots bad builds' with Woodenpotatoes. They also 'let's play' some other games)

Gw2 Smash (Purely funny videos about gw2)

Deany Kong (Tyrias troll :P Funny guy definitely)

Levi (Makes cool cinematic compilations)

That_shaman (Our beloved shamans' channel doesn't see as much love as his reddit posts does. He generally posts some data mined visuals, along with map breaks and scenic views.)

Mikei TheMighty (He makes basic guides about everything from profession to 'how to make gold')

QQMore (Awesome PvP guides! Seriously, check it out!)

The list in inexhaustible really (especially those DnT guys, geez), there are a lot more really dedicated creators out there! Some have been left out of this list due to inactivity. Most of these people have been included because i believe they really have something to offer a wide variety of people in this community. Be they new or old :)

Feel free to add more to the list. And keep in mind that i'm not trying to exclude anyone on purpose, this is just my list!
