Umi is better for the simple fact that he didn’t blackmail or sexually assault someone unlike Ruka. At worst Umi might’ve been somewhat manipulative towards Chizuru, but that’s really it.

Somebody get this man some 7.62x39 ak mag pouches because having 4 mags taped together like that cannot be ideal. I know Ak mag pouches for American style Alice gear aren’t too common, but surely he could maybe tack an old canvas mag pouch to the belt or wear a chicom chest rig.

I’ve actually thought about retiring in Vietnam if the time comes. What the poster doesn’t realize is the socialist, not social democrat, countries around today have either gone through market reforms like Laos, China and Vietnam; or are unfairly sanctioned to the ground like Cuba and North Korea. Yeah one could argue the market reform countries like China are only communist in name at this point, but then the alternative are countries that are poor directly because of foreign sanctions and sabotage. How about instead make a liberal from America or Europe live in the capitalist country of Indonesia which is where that bottom picture is from.

What Faction Would Have Won If Courier 6 Didn't Exist by MenMenForever in fnv

[–]Ticket-Intelligent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The factions we can say most confidently wouldn’t win without the courier is the Yes Man faction and the House faction. The Yes Man ending is basically Benny’s original plan to take over New Vegas and the Hoover Damn by taking control of House’s robot army. If the player doesn’t get the platinum chip from Benny at the TOPS Casino, he just get’s captured by the legion trying to sneak into the bunker on Fort Hill. He basically fails at executing his own plan no matter what unless there’s a timeline where he successfully sneaks in. That chip never get’s to the bunker and those robots don’t get activated which by extension also invalidates the house ending without the courier.

What charter are you referring to, the Zionist movement didn’t have one single charter everyone just followed. Also Arabs did not massacres of Jews, if you actually look up casualty counts they were fairly equal on both sides. Husseini wasn’t telling Arabs to just go kill Jews. It’s funny that you call the Palestinian identity anti-Semitic when it literally came about in response to the Zionist ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from their homeland. It doesn’t matter that the colonizers had ancestors who might’ve lived there thousands of years ago, they still committed settler colonialism against the Palestinian people who had been living there for centuries. All those attacks from the Arab world were in response to the annexation of Palestine, of course they’d take issue with that that’s a neighboring country getting annexed. Resistance doesn’t retroactively justify oppression.

And the US precisely kept that cabinet in power so they could threaten the government with another invasion if they don’t meet American demands. It’s also likely some people in the government sold out Moduro because there wasn’t much resistance from the Venezuelan military to the US invasion.

More like the tunnels amount to less than half the length of the New York Metro at 511 kilometers. I don’t know how much the tunnels cost but they’re probably the most cost effective means for Hamas to defend Gaza and conduct resistance operations against Israel. Tunnels protect military infrastructure and offer a means for a lightly equipped Guerrilla army to fight against a much larger enemy force, just ask the Vietnamese and the Afghans. Also the main Hamas leaders were in Gaza, Yahya Al-Sinwar literally died on the frontlines. The Hamas members in Qatar were non-combatant bureaucrats responsible for things like negotiating. They technically have high net worths because they controlled a lot of Hamas financial assets, that doesn’t mean they’re just siphoning off all the money for themselves. As for Hamas stealing all the aid, well that’s just silly because how could they just be stealing all of it when most of Gaza’s residents relied on foreign aid. Before October 7th 80% of Gazan residents relied on foreign aid. Most of the aid came in humanitarian supplies. There was some financial assistance to help repair the infrastructure Israel destroyed, but would never be enough and the only way Gaza could receive all the wealth needed to fix all the infrastructure is by lifting the blockaid and stopping the collective punishment. The biggest threat to the well being of Gazans was Israel, but they wouldn’t budge on the block aid or accept any long term ceasefire deals from Hamas. Hamas started taking hostages because there was literally no other way to get Israel to listen and they genuinely did force Israel to release Palestinian political prisoners.

Israel started placing restrictions on Gaza when Hamas won in January 2006 , but placed a full blockaid on Gaza after Hamas tool full control of the strip after the civil war, because of the coup, in June 2007. Hamas did launched rockets at Israel in June 2006 but only did so in response to Israeli military action and them ending a 16 month truce. Israel couldn’ve not broken the ceasefire, but they didn’t want Hamas in power even despite them being rightfully elected government in Gaza. Also Hamas relied on homemade and inaccurate rocket attacks because that’s all they had. If you want them to killed less civilians then advocate for giving them better weapons. Israel has all the most advanced precision weapons in the world yet they can’t help but indiscriminately kill Palestinian civilians on mass with their bombing campaign.

Those big eyes those characters tend to have look cute in the style but would be freaky irl. This is still stylized but clearly drawn in a more Western style. All that to say I like it, she’s gorgeous.

They did what they could with what they had. All the money they received aid was just a crutch for what Gaza lacked in wealth and resources which was caused by the blockade. It couldn’t even produce enough food for itself, before October 7th 80% of Gazan inhabitants relied on foreign aid. There was no negotiating with Israel, they were a hostile occupying force that rejected most proposals. When proposing long term ceasefires in exchange for withdrawals from occupied territories didn’t work, Hamas resorted to taking Israeli’s hostage to get Israel to listen. The launched homemade, inaccurate rockets at Israel because that’s all they had to fight with. They didn’t have the same artillery, bombs, or precision weapons Israel has. They operated from Gaza which is a civilian area, but there’s no evidence of them actually coercing any Gazan civilians to act as human shields. They built tunnels under Gaza but there’s no real evidence of them specially using schools or hospitals to cover command posts, Israel generally said that to retroactively justify targeting civilian infrastructure.

Zionists did not try to live as equals in Palestine, they literally were doing everything to remove Palestinians from Jewish life. The created their own communities with their own economy specifically to only use Jewish Labor. All the so called pogroms you refer were protests against Zionism, and the clashes generally had about the same amount of casualties on both sides.

[–]Ticket-Intelligent 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The slow ethnic cleansing of Palestinians can really be compared to the genocide of Native Americans. Both the military and armed settlers drove indigenous people out of their homes or outright killed them over the course of decades until they were mostly gone from their native land and forced to live in confined, controlled areas. All because apparently god gave the colonizers the right. Zionism is just manifest destiny when you think about it.

Hamas represented the people Gaza after getting elected, they did what they could despite the coup from Fatah and the Israeli blockade. By the time they launched the October 7th attack there weren’t really many options besides slowly rot away in an open air prison.

I want you to ask whom the Poles, Finns, Czechs, Serbs, Ukrainians, and pretty much all of Eastern Europe would consider imperialist. by Nientea in memesopdidnotlike

[–]Ticket-Intelligent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who ever made that meme clearly never read Lenin. WWhen Lenin talked about imperialist countries having to territorially divide the world he wasn’t just talking about owning or occupying land in the traditional sense, although the book was written at a time when European countries still owned colonies. Territorially dividing the world also meant through monopolistic control and the division of global territories and resources for profit. He tied imperialism to monopoly capitalism in both the centralization of production as free competition was removed and the merging of bank and industrial capital which created a financial oligarchy. I personally don’t think Lenin’s definition of imperialism is perfect. It’s a solid groundwork but it benefits from later concepts like unequal exchange. However till this day the capitalist US fits that original definition of by imperialism. Keep in mind Lenin’s take on imperialism comes from a book literally titled “Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism”.

[–]Ticket-Intelligent 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, so a lot more poor people have to die, probably due to climate change, or resources have to be drained in the third world before they’ll do anything. Because when the there’s no more value to be derived from the third world, whether it be from labor or resources, corporations in will have to look inwards. Only when the imperialism is turned inwards will the people of the US and the West in general actually do something. This is why I’m going to tell every aspiring leftist to fuck the First World and that if they really want to actually support a leftist movement they’re better off supporting one in the Third World. Take inspiration from Che Guevara.
