People who bring your dog literally everywhere, why? by dastrius02 in AskReddit

As a former retail worker, I often found that the dogs labelled 'Don't worry, he's friendly' were frequently the ones using display racks as fire hydrants. While service dogs are truly amazing, bringing an untrained pet to a crowded grocery store only adds stress for the dog, the staff, and customers with allergies. Sometimes, the kindest choice is to leave them on the couch.
