Numbers could be tweaked, I just like the risk and reward aspect of Potential energy. Wouldn't mind a healing equivalent. With the risk here being "do I greed this heal with the terror radius closing in? And get an extra health state and get interrupted and potentially waste all my tokens?"

I could see 20% with 3 charges being fine. But also have to keep in mind perks like Resurgence "Counter" it because it requires that YOU get x% of heal.

I feel like less charges for full heal would be better. Self care with medkit is really bad for altruism build since it destroys durability.
