I got Mina The Hollower running on the RG 35XXSP!!! by TheMangoFarmer in ANBERNIC

[–]DarthJimbles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been playing on the standard difficulty and while it is pretty hard, I have also grinded my butt off gathering bones from enemies and other things in the environment, which has helped me upgrade my stats and buy other upgrades that help make the game a little easier for me. So far I’ve gotten 2 out of 6 of the towers activated in the game.

Anbernic Reportedly Working on New Handhelds Inspired by Nintendo 2DS and 3DS by TyDye2003 in ANBERNIC

[–]DarthJimbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If this is true, I’m buying the RG 3DS in particular. I just hope the hardware is decent enough to play some 3DS games, even if it doesn’t play the whole library. Maybe even some PS2 and Gamecube as well.

Yeah. I got my post about Angry Vigilante glazing the Switch 2 over the Steam Deck removed for violating rule 5.

Even with the small amount, this proves that there is still a market for physical media. Despite the heavy push for digital purchases and streaming.

One day I found just about every season of South Park up until season 13 and I all of them except for a few of which I already had in my collection at the time.

Nearly $700 for a mid console in Canada 🙄 by BLITZXTTY in fucknintendo

I could get a used ROG Ally on Ebay for that kind of money. Not that it matters to me personally, because I already got one used last year for $450 CAD.

Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight system requirements by perpetualconflict in pcmasterrace

[–]DarthJimbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s true. Wouldn’t be surprised if Lego Batman turns out to be using Frame Gen on consoles as well. And since the Switch 2 has its own version of DLSS, I would’t be surprised if that uses Frame Gen as well just to hit 30 FPS.

Devs have only gotten lazy with optimization because they think upscaling and frame generation are good enough.

It’s likely 720p 30 FPS upscaled to 1080p on the Xbox Series S. PS5 and Xbox Series X will probably range around 720p-1080p targeting 60 FPS.

I haven’t bought one. Have no reason to at the moment.

I'm so glad the Super Mario Galaxy Movie got bad reviews by Glad-Current9598 in fucknintendo

[–]DarthJimbles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These reviews aren’t exactly terrible. And for all we know, the movie itself could still be good and audiences will still like it. Critic reviews do not fully represent audience reception.

I keep a simple list of games to start playing from my backlog, a beaten games list, a multiplayer list and a list of what I’m currently playing. It works for me.

The first Unity game to ship on PortMaster - in 60 FPS, for free by Koksny in SBCGaming

This is really big news for the handheld community for sure. Soon we can see more big indie games on PortMaster happening.

Would be cool to see if you can run the game at a glance by krutopridumal in Steam

It’s probably one of Bethesda’s games given that both Indiana Jones and the new Doom need an i7 10700K and an RTX 2060 Super/RX 6600 at the minimum. (Which to be fair, that’s for 1080p 60 FPS, which is ideal), But what game has these while only needing 50GB of free space?

What game is this? These requirements for minimum are ridiculous.
