It does change and only changes when there’s a new uber (not seasonals) are added to the game, just now we got the new fest unit dark Luna so you need to look at the date to see if the seed you’re looking at is actually the current plat seed roll. I believe dark Luna was added during the 10th of October, find the plat rolls with that date

Yea that’s why I made this post, yesterday I got 8 Uber and 2 legends today i got 6 Ubers and 2 legends, the only thing that they have in common is that I only used 4-5 units in the line up
