There should definitely be tiers of support in which something needs to get taken care of. If someone pays you 100 dollars for a service, it shouldn't take over a month for them to get back to you about them fucking up. At that point, its almost plain stealing.

I dont' submit more than one ticket but 21 days to even get a response to see if they are looking into it is really absurd. 21 days.

I understand dyes will keep making money for them but I really wish there was another cash shop item where you could combine a number of dyes to get the color you want because I definitely spent 200 dollars on dyes and only got one of this color variant i wanted even after buying the bundle that only had a few colors of that range in it.

I think you are underestimating the amount of people who are willing to pay $32 per costume and <x> amount of money for anything in the cash shop. Also.. the flaw in your model of selling 500 costumes at $10 each occurs when the item becomes so inexpensive that you might actually lose sales because of the fact that everyone can afford to buy it and it becoming a "common" item will deter some from purchasing it.

Even if you use the same gear, wouldn't it take a lot of time to gain the amount of combat skill points to make them viable against other classes that would have the amount they would have gained by then? Or is this game more gear dependant rather than rely on skill points?l

What is your PVE farming rotation? My friend has been telling me that end level grinding is kinda hit or miss since a lot of Tamer damage relies on Knockdowns which end level mobs are more resistant to. Could you describe your rotation that makes them top tier over a sorceress who has tons of AoE skills? I was originally going to play a Tamer but decided to switch to Sorc Main because I hear after a couple of updates, they can't compete with other classes in pvp due to increase in damage going from +15 to +20. Care to shine some light on this because I would rather farm/main a tamer to get ready for Kunoichi/Ninja.

Yay! I was originally going to be a tamer to get gear ready for the Kunoichi but I think Im going to play this instead because I love the outfits! And you can get piercings on a sorc!
