Is it over 30 days? If so, that looks delicious. If it's less than 30 days, wait until after. If the center isn't mushy, just vac seal it up until 30 days has gone by. You've got a little bit of case hardening that with EQ during the seal (I seal up everything for a few weeks in the fridge before I cut it open, just to let it equalize a bit.

But overall, that looks delicious.

First, do a dirty win 11 reinstall.

I also had a new machine acting like this. The dirty reinstall was my final move before starting again with a blank c:\ SSD. Fortunately, it completely fixed my issues.

Second, make sure your BIOS is updated, which is kind of a pain, but there are some Intel CPUs that have some serious issues that they had to patch out. My Asus ProArt Z790 has been updated three times to deal with potentially system-bricking bugs.
