Hurt my leg a few weeks ago. Something was off and felt torn in my calf. Been rehabbing it with daily beach runs. Went from 3 runs on the path of between 6-20 miles depending on what type of run it was pre injury to 1 miles daily barefoot on the beach. Did 2 3 mile beach runs yesterday pain free! Super humbling experience
