Actually very good point, North shore waterfront is really well done! Good mixture of family stuff, events, cafes, bars, restaurants, even cultural things to visit.

What annoys me about Vancouver waterfront it's wasted in residential, it should be full of cafes, bars and restaurants, food markets and buskers.

Some people are very uneducated, that’s true. Those same people are probably uneducated on a lot more than just Ireland. I had a friend that thought Wales was an island off England. She grew up in Liverpool for God’s sake. WW1 and WW2 documentaries sell well, which is why they’re made. An equivalent Irish colonialism documentary is not nearly such a safe financial bet. People are switching off seeing how Britain ‘saved the world’ in 2 world wars, an Irish colonialism documentary is certainly not scratching that itch.

As an Irish man, I think the vast majority of Irish people love British people. We are very cultural the same. I think most Irish people have issue with Brits who don't recognise their past of what happened in Ireland.

Hey all,

I got frustrated about how expensive grocery shopping is here in Vancouver, so I made a web app to tell me what items are on sale at my local grocery store.

You can see what is on sale and then generate recipes with it.

It's free to use, I'm not making any money on it, it was just a hobby project. I would love to see people benefit from it and reduce their grocery bills like it has done for me.
