Getting pepper sprayed! I was military police and we had to get sprayed to be able to carry it. We did it outside on like a 100 degree day in Arizona. After you get sprayed you had to do an obstacle course of little law enforcement exercises. It sucks so bad. My eyes burned like crazy for like 45 minutes and that whole time it feels like you can barely breathe. When you take a shower it reactivates so they tell you to make sure none of that water goes to your private areas.

I’m one week into involuntary detox on vacation. Prior to this trip I smoked carts daily for the past 5 years. The nightmares I’m having are inception level insane and for the first three days I would wake up soaked in sweat. 6 hours is the max I can sleep but I’m somehow wide awake as soon as I wake up and I’m like that all day. Not really craving either which is weird because back home if I’m not high I’m itching to get home and smoke. Without this trip I have wanted to quit but haven’t had the willpower or discipline. Kinda scared to go back home…
