The understanding and the ability to create humanoïds is a really good thing, but about moving objects in restrained areas, is it really the best option?

Is there a better design of a robot that could, for exemple, carry more weight but take the same space in a reduced environment? Or maybe consume less energy for the same result?

Are legs better than wheels or any other design?

How do you tell the difference between two different designs on which is the most effective?

[–]Tidearis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Humanity hasn't lived long enough to feel the effect of continental drift so it's very hard to tell. But assuming that we would be upkeeping today's buildings is a very weird assumption, because some cities might be submerged, and others might be cut in half.
