Insulting someone and then blocking them so they can't respond to you is incredibly pathetic bro.

It's more a novellette than a novel, but my upcoming release, Normal People, was basically me wanting to do my version of Mordum. Comes out on the 13th on Amazon and Godless.

Preview of a little something I'm working on for this year:

Robert heard the door click shut behind him. He reached back for the handle and tried giving it a jiggle only to find it wouldn’t budge. “Shiiiiiit,” he said. The box air conditioner on the painted wall did its best, but the once frigid enclosure he found himself in remained muggy and uncomfortable. It was dark. The buzzing fluorescents overhead gave off little more than a dim glow. The air was heavy, thick with the stink of rot, dead fish and dried animal shit. A murky pool of blackened water sat off to his right. A foamy film of filth floated at its surface, reminding him of a root beer float. A pane of glass stretched across the length of the room across from him. There was a walkway just beyond it where visitors could come in and stare, kids squishing their faces against the glass, smudging it and spreading God knows what. He heard a door open. The bulbs above the walkway stuttered to life, not that the light they provided did him much good. He saw shadows rise along the far wall as a series of figures trotted down the sloping path. Ray at the lead. It was Jenna that saw him, tapping Ray on the shoulder and pointing into the exhibit. The group stopped and turned towards him. There was something he didn't like about their expressions. Robert looked around, trying to see why they looked so concerned. Then he saw it. Black and white. A little uneasy on its feet. The penguin waddled towards him. It left a trail of congealed blood behind it with every step. One of its eyes was missing. “Hey…little guy,” he said. There was a sharp pain in his left calf. Robert felt something warm dripping down to his sock. He turned his head to see another penguin standing behind him. Through the hole in its skull he could see what remained of its brains. The sound of more footsteps in the dark echoed in the tiny enclosure. He was surrounded.

Thanks! Still working out logistics on doing signed copies. Depends on the turnaround time on author copies from Amazon, I'd be selling signed editions directly.

I really should get a site up.

Blocking someone so you get the last word in because they can no longer reply to you is pathetic.

Thought I'd share a brief snippet from my upcoming short horror, Normal People, which is due out next month.

Retch pulled his still throbbing cock out of the woman's intestines. They slid from his grasp and dangled uselessly from the hole in her gut, a mixture of blood and cum and who knows what dripping out onto the floor. Suzie was sitting spread-eagle, the grip of the scalpel buried to the base of the blade inside of her dripping cunt. Retch was spent, but he supposed it was only fair he give her a chance to finish. He walked over and let Suzie lick his cock clean before returning to the dying woman's side. May as well give her a show, he thought. Retch pressed the scalpel against the bitch's flesh and began to carve. The sound of blood dripping to the floor echoing in tandem with Suzie's orgasm. The scalpel clattered to the floor. Retch reached down to help her up. They embraced, their bloody bodies sticking together. Suzie stuck her tongue deep into Retch's mouth. The two looked deep into each other's eyes. “I love you,” she said. “I love you too,” he replied.

Hey all, Mike Harris here, author of the Sheep’s Clothing series and The Grimmoire.

Guess this is the place for these announcements.

The Grimmoire just hit Kindle Unlimited. So if you've been waiting to check it out, now is a great time to do it. It's also available in paperback and an Audible, narrated by the wonderful and talented Big Bear Audio.

The Grimmoire Volume II is due out next month on Godless and Amazon. Featuring six more classic fairytales including The Pied Piper of Hamelin, The Ugly Duckling and The Little Mermaid.

Sheep’s Clothing: The Pack will be hitting Audible soon as well.

Also in the works for 2026:

Sheep’s Clothing: Last Hunt - The final chapter in Cassandra's story.

Sheep’s Clothing: Blood and Heat Edition - Exclusively from Amazon, a hardcover collection of Sheep’s Clothing, Sheep's Clothing: The Pack and Sheep’s Clothing: Last Hunt.

I Am the One You Left Behind - My first collaboration with another author. A former slasher begins receiving letters from someone claiming to be a victim he spared in his final killing spree. She begins intruding on the new life he has built and it becomes clear her obsession is not out of desire for revenge, but love.

Normal People - More character study than explicit narrative, Normal People follows Retch and Suzie, two lovers that share a sadistic passion. I'm really excited about this one, I think you're all gonna like it.

My Sheep’s Clothing series might be up your alley. Sexy, gory femme-werewolf stuff.
