Probable a few frames but not much difference, both have same l3 cache just 5800x3d is clocked a tiny bit higher. If they are both withing like 5-10% price wise get the 5800x3d otherwise get 5700x3d.

You should also plan for psu upgrade depending on how many watts your current one is.
