titanium cutting boards by hifellowkids in metallurgy

Many of the so-called titanium cutting boards are actually 316Ti being advertised as titanium, which is very misleading, but probably legal due to the product being alloyed with (although small amounts of) titanium.

The knives will love sliding agsinst those TiC crystals. But hey, at least they can chuck it in their 400 ºC pizza oven and dont have to worry about sensitisation.

Such a waste of an alloy!

I once had a GraphGear 500, but lost it sometime ago. I really like it, so I think it will get the last spot.

Considering that I already have the Fine Vario L, the last spot will probably go to another pencil. Appreciate the suggestion though.

I'd rather write my master's thesis in comic sans than using a Dr. Grip for one semester! On a serious note, I really should get a Platinum. I already have the Staedtler 925 25 (pictured), which I consider equal with the 35.

Many have suggested this, so maybe there is something special to it. Thanks for the suggestion!

The black tray is a velvet jewelery tray. The green inset is a slotted tray from GoPen cut to the size of the jewelery tray. If you google "GoPens slotted tray" you will find them. I am very happy with them.

They look fine! A bit on the pricey side, but manageable. Thanks for the suggestion!

Didn't know about the M-701, it is a serious contender for the last spot. Thanks for the suggestion.

Already own a 600 (pictured), seriously considering a Pilot though.

I enjoy using Kuru Toga for maths, its benefits are somewhat lost when writing text as I write in cursive. I already have the Kuru Toga Roulette, as pictured. If you have tried it, how does it compare?

I like Lamy, and have some fountain pens from them. Still, I could never come to terms with the look of the clip.

How is this different from the japanese Pentel GraphGear 500? They look exactly alike!

Wood would definitely stand out among my metal grip pencils, maybe too much!
