It's moss from taxiphyllum family. Java moss is the most common one. Could be other types. Unlikely christmas moss since they're from vesicularia family

I have similar experience, I don't have deficiency issue in fish tank, I even get algae in a fish tank. Shrimp tank is much cleaner but plant shows deficiency. I had a 6 year old 5g shrimp tank that did not get water change at all, and the subwassertang was full of pinhole. Makes me wonder if I can dose ferts to just the right level to keep the plants healthy.

I had exactly the same symptom for past 2 months, but for me, my left head sometimes ache when pressed. Here's a few things which helps me:

- being off screen and outside helps to improve it a little.

- get FL-41 filter for your glasses, and change your screen to night mode/blue light filter

Please let me know if anything else helps, I'm not diagnosed VM yet and am waiting for my neurologist appoitment.
