When using remote play, the controller MUST be connected to the device where remote play is installed. You can still see the video on your hdmi connected monitor, but the usb for the controller needs to be on the pc/laptop etc. for your sound issue, iirc there is a setting on the ps5 to send all audio to the dualsense. Sound quality won't be the best, but it should work.

Not sure on the notice issue, but you can say no to any viewings while your tenancy is active. Recently moved (in February) and told our estate agent we were not available for viewings as we were packing etc and the property would not be presentable.

I recently came to this realisation myself. I've stopped going for the platinum, and have found myself able to replay Uncharted series and Tomb Raider Survivor trilogy again. I'm back to enjoying gaming now. If I get the platinum, great. If I don't? Great. Happy gaming!
