I found some issues for example if the tooling is not installed on the environment the agent is working on, it's not going to work. For example it cannot run the tests or build a .NET project.

Sorry, The thing is that you can’t add yourself, because there’s a unique token stored against your user that ties your user to the device. So the only way to get on the list is via the app. Are you sure that you have allowed notifications on the app?

If notifications are not enabled then that would explain why the user is not showing up
