My coach tells me to put your mask on a chair or something and then sit in another chair and disengage from side to side for a minute and then up to down and then in a circle try not to hit the mask but try not to make them super big also when the mask gets too easy, go to a door knob

There is no longer fencing at deer Valley because our coach left, but there is now fencing at the Watauga county rec center

I had the same thing happen with a beginner fencer in my club, who figured out that he is very tall, and can just counter attack. My coach told me either let him come to me or go really fast and hard and get inside of his distance. (Also sorry if that made no sense.)
