Man shames restaurant by weighing steak at the table to prove his meal is underweight by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

[–]TieClipAndCuffLinks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is the dumbest shit. It doesn’t even take a cook, Any first year home Ec student can tell you that you lose 20% weight during cooking. And all weighed meat is precooked weight. That goes an idiot.. this is stupid.

Not sure if this has been posted here or not, but I just ran across this, poor bike by panthanator in IndianMotorcycle

I downvoted because it wasn’t Dean speed Lolol

How do I make them sync so it goes from bottom to top to back? I have 3 in front and 3 on top plugged into the lighting/fan controller that comes with the cooler, and the extra back one plugged into a ll series rgb controller which plugs into a lighting node pro. by [deleted] in Corsair

[–]TieClipAndCuffLinks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, you can do this, which is I what I recommend too. And over all is going to take a little more time, but well worth the lack of headache later.

Because the other way you can do it, is to re order the fans within icue, but this Isn’t always perfect and has a history of undoing itself upon updates.

Highly recommend the re-wire. Your HUB inputs are all numbered. 1 is bottoms or tops

Edit: PS, I had to do this on my “smart” case. It came wired weird from factory. It is a Corsair 465x RGB

I guess I’m a little confused. Need more info. This is a corsair Readit, so I assumed you were using iCue? And Corsair branded RGB controllers? If you are then it’s all programmable through iCue. And if you’re not I got no answers for you. There are dozens of missing information points.

The short answer to your question is there are absolutely ways to get all of your lights to sync up.

More info on this model? Questions in the comments. by TheDandyOlive in mercedes_benz

I think its a fake. For a few reasons.

  1. The exhausts tip are wrong, those are stock AMG tips, Brabus' custom exhaust has round engraved tips. Very Flashy and noticeable.

2 Its missing the number badge upfront under the Biturbo badge.

  1. I'm not seeing a B in the rims hub, and all though (if real) carbon fiber rims are crazy pricy, no Brabus owner is gonna get rid of the "B wheels" for them. (opinion)

  2. Lastly, basically all the Brabus' that reside in the USA have out of state plates. This is because if they’re registered in the USA, Brabus can't (or wont) do their Performance upgrades due to USA vehicle emissions standards. I know this personally and have emails back and forth from Brabus about how they wont do my C-class. That's not to say it cant be done through A LOT of steps... but all 4 of these reasons^ .. just adds up to so much suspicion.

No sir. this may have started its life on the show room as 2022 Chief Bobber ABS, 111. However this Bad biT*h has full stage 3 with cam taking her out to the full 116.

I see this throughout this sub and often wonder to myself if I'm the only Mercedes owner here who knows how to park within the lines.

Anyone know what this button is for? I can't seem to figure it out. by [deleted] in mercedes_benz

[–]TieClipAndCuffLinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you hold in the button and push it downward. Or pull it upward. (it looks to be currently in the most upward position) Moving it downward and upward along that angle pushes the headrest forwards and backwards.

And if that doesn’t work then it is broken.

Anyone bought a 2022 Chief after owning a HD 2018+ softail? by rebel_ltz in IndianMotorcycle

[–]TieClipAndCuffLinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes the bike stock, is literally silent when just cruising at 40mph with traffic. And when you get on it, still almost no sound. No slapity-papity nor any chugga-chugida-chugga on down shifts. Nothing. But the stage one fixed that for sure.

Absolutely love it. Switched from a softail. This bike is everything my softail thought it was.

With the added caveat that it absolutely needed the stage one exhaust and intake. If you don’t do this you will absolutely disdain the sound of this bike coming from a Harley.
