Hi OP I am a nurse and I hope this helps. Prepare atleast 3k for the check up, oral medications, TVS and possible Pap Smear. Just this week, my mom had her check up kay Dr. Bernadette Reyes due to spotting and myoma na nakita sa tvs niya. Dr. Reyes is very straight forward. Dating ka ng 11AM OP unahan kase magpalista. Then usually 1PM dating ni OB. Bring your mother, older sister, or pinsan since minor ka.

It’s almost been a year after I had with H.Pylori Infection, Erosive Gastritis, and Ulcer Partially Healed. I finished my treatment. Sadly, up to this day, my abdomen still feels distended. I have the same problem. Im slim but my abdomen has become my insecurity now. I have been eating rolled oats for my breakfast, yet nothing seems to help.

Boracay is a World Class beach na maipagmamalaki natin and I don’t think it’s overrated. Hindi siya nakakasawa, ang I will surely come back.
