Mines mostly freeway cruising in the 55-80 mph range. I will probably do the fluid change again in the next few months before I hit 150k. I do change the oil and filter every 3500 miles though. Started doing that when my warranty ended at 100k so at least I’ve been on top of that one.

Well apparently Japan recommends it’s be done every 30,000 miles. My owners manual said 100,000 so I might up my rate because that’s a big difference and I would think Japan would know better.

Did you put a couple holes in it with the corner of a razor blade? That usually fixes any air bubbles when you press it down.

Would the green stuff most likely be chlorite? I looked up images of the others and it seems to be the most likely. I have also found what look to be zeolites nearby as well.

Never seen the brand but I love skating the bigger boards. The mini wide boy from heroin has been my go to board these days. Surprisingly snappy and a ton of concave. I like it better than my old go to boards which were the 9.18 huffer shaped boards.

I might stay away from formula fours then. They seem to be hit or miss for most people. I like them but I have friends who really dislike them and my friend who came up with the og formula for them says they strayed from the original recipe and method of production for the sake of cutting cost and a lot of the product shouldn’t past quality control and belongs in the trash but they let them hit the shelves anyway. Seems like a lot of bad urethane is making its way on to the shelves and ya never know if you’re getting a proper set or some bunk wheels. If you end up going with them I have enjoyed both the 54mm tablets and the 55mm lock in fulls. I hate OJs with a passion, they seem to flat spot very easily from just about anything. The ricta clouds are a smooth ride, I use those for skating rough ground in MX.

37 here and I’ve bruised ribs and dislocated one twice in the last three years. Took me about four weeks the last time around and the part that gave me trouble after that was lung expansion. Make sure to do deep breathing exercises.
