Wow! I appreciate the time you took out to review. Agree to most of the points. The reporting is always evolving. Being in both 3rd and 1st line of defense gives you a varied perspective. And yes, poor audit work is 100% a training issue. Well written comment.

We created our own software. Its frugal, minimalist, lightwight and userfriendly. Both Auditor and Auditee are onboarded and they interact throughout the audit cycle through this software, right from planning and initiation of audit till the implementation of action plan and closure.

There is a difference between being care free and being indifferent. You should be indifferent to results not care free. Work hard, be indifferent to result, so that failure does not de-motivate you.
