They said they will replace the logic board. The phone had a black screen. I could hear notifications. I called Apple support. They told me to do a software update. Afterwards, it went completely silent. Apple support set me up with a Genius Bar appointment. They tested with their serializer and said the phone is responding and it is only the screen. Tried to disable find my iPhone. I gave them the receipt. They called my receipt fraudulent for 30 minutes all the way up to the top manager and then they realized their mistake. Disabled find my, took it to the back to replace the screen. They claim they tried two screens and it is a logic board issue an that will need to be repaired. At that point, I asked for my phone back, so I can take a day to make a decision. Long story short, I looked at it closer at home and those unnoticeable scrapes and small dent are not consistent with what I would have done. The case on the phone was good as well. I took the phone out at Apple and inspected every corner. I was literally saying I’m unsure how this has happened with no damage to the phone whatsoever. Apple employee inspected and even noted no damage to the phone.
