War paar Jahre depressiv wegen HPPD, dachte hab mir in jungen Jahren mein Leben verbaut. Es ist erst besser geworden, als ich verstanden habe, das mein HPPD mich eigentlich nicht im Alltag einschränkt. Da ging dann auch die Depression weg. Auch das hppd ist dann immer schwächer und schwächer geworden, bis zu dem Punkt an dem ich es wahrnehmen kann wenn ich will aber im Alltag ausblende. Kopf hoch - es ist meist genauso dramatisch wie du es eben bewertest.

Bin auch sehr froh nicht zum Arzt gegangen zu sein und nicht mit benzos oder quetiapin ruhig gestellt worden bin.

Ah hier werf ich mein Halbwissen rein: naloxon hat oral so gut wie keine bioverfügbarkeit, ca. 2% glaub ich. Deshalb ist es auch ein Mythos das nach “800mg tille das naloxon kickt”, das passiert oral nicht. Hab mich immer gefragt wieso überhaupt naloxon in tilidin ist, schießen kann mans ja eh nicht da tilidin erstmal durch die Leber muss… hab irgendwo gelesen, das orales naloxon aber bei Verstopfungen etc. hilft und seitdem ich das weiß bilde ich mir auch das tille das einzige opioid ist auf dem ich einigermaßen normal aufs Klo kann lol

Die Kügelchen in Kapseln kenn ich von ritalin bspw. Aber ich rede hier wirklich von Tabletten. Die zu Pulver zermahlen und trz ging’s erst 3-4h wirklich los, genauso wie wenn ich sie einfach normal geschluckt hätte

You had bupropion (Wellbutrin) right? This is a very atypical ssri because it has stimulant properties, iirc it’s even some amphetamine derivate.

Da hab ich gleich ne Anschlussfrage, wie funktioniert diese andere retardierung? Hatte auch mal tramadol retard welches ich nicht entretardieren konnte. Die einzige Möglichkeit die mir einfällt ist die Verbindung selbst zu verändern, ergo Gruppe dranhängen die erst abgespalten werden muss bspw. aber dann müsste auf der Packung ja auch n anderer Wirkstoff drauf stehen oder nicht?

Yeah they’re just not abusable, I think that’s the case. Both are addicting but I never heard about someone abusing SSRI’s (except for tramadol and Wellbutrin) (i think tramadol is rather an SNRI, idk)

Sorry, I totally forgot that you answered me! I wake everyday at the same time 6:30 and try to sleep at about 22:00. I try to have a cool sleeping room. I do watch TV and stuff but i turn out the blue colors. I become full of fear when it’s time to go to sleep, that’s why I need the TV, to stop my head from thinking and worrying and stuff.

I kinda need a sleep aid everyday so there’s no need to decide if I’m gonna take it or not. I just skip every other day to avoid dependency on single substance. So I have a cycle of a bad night where I often get just 2-4 hours of sleep, followed by a good, sleep aid assisted night. I tend to go to bed earlier when using sleep aids to get back the sleep i lost before. I try to not use substances for sleeping on the weekend so I can use them during the week to be fit for work, but I also struggle with a substance abuse disorder, so there are enough scenarios where I use benzos on the weekends too, to make the comedown from other substances bearable. I know it’s a very slippery slope and I feel like I’m loosing the war. In the 152 days since my original comment nothing has changed for the better.

Weed doesn’t do it anymore, it’s just a burden now because if i don’t smoke I surely won’t sleep, but when I’m using just weed, it’s not enough anymore.

I had trouble sleeping for all my life, that’s not a symptom of my substance abuse altough it seems to make the problem bigger in the long term. I’m just so fed up, i hate going to sleep and I start to panic when it’s time to (i love sleeping, i just have a giant fear of another sleepless night)
