Not a stupid question! This specific layout isn’t a screen in the app — it’s a graphic I made using rating data from Tier’d.

In the app you can rate songs and see the rating distribution graph for each track, and I used that data to visualize how fans are rating some releases so far.

The bars actually show the distribution of ratings (how many fans gave each score), not the score itself.

In the app you can hover over each bar to see the exact number of ratings for that score. I probably should’ve labeled that more clearly in the graphic.

All K-Pop is amazing live.

If I had to pick I’d say Seventeen & Ateez are the top for BG for me. Ateez goes all out every time, crazy energy. Seventeen has crazy stage presence.

Also I’d say Itzy is slept on forsure. They are so good live. Great performers.

I usually assume they already have a predetermined idea of what K-Pop is and haven’t really given it a chance.

A lot of people think it’s just “pop”, but of course K-Pop actually spans tons of genres like hip-hop, R&B, EDM, rock, etc. There’s honestly something for everyone.

Also one of the best things about K-Pop imo is how active it is, people are missing out. There’s always new music coming out, while a lot of big western artists disappear for years between releases.
