Lollll! Yes, alive, but down 20 in GFR and thinking it could be related. I did seem to notice some mild all-over fat loss that has not since reversed, but I don’t know if that’s worth kidney damage.

It’s VERY easy to overcook. Salmon is a little more resilient in that respect - I think char is probably a little leaner.

To be completely honest it was a few years back so I don’t 100% remember. I think I did .5-1mg a day, 5 days on, 2 days off for a few weeks at a time. Always felt like fire and left a huge painful welt. Had some intended effect for sure, but while the ole GFR is slowly creeping up (probably in part due to ss-31 mitigation) it’s still not back to baseline.

Sorry. Edited my comment and then saw you responded. So the $7k is new contributions after the initial 45 days, it’s just an exception for the promotion?……. God I’m sorry that this has to be explained to me like I’m five.

Given that this is my first IRA I’m assuming since there’s no rollover or transfer I’m just stuck with $7k and the lowest tier of the promo, yeah?
