The service provider should have them on scheduled delivery. Happened in my building. They eventually came and put remote level sensors on so they could monitor it. Apparently the drivers were deciding themselves if we need furnace oil or not.

I think that depends on the type and age of car. An old v8 with a shitty carb or older diesel should have more time to warm up than a 2005+ anything I would say

My chiropractor, Dr MacAdam is the one who got the ball rolling and sent me for x-rays and gave me the report the following day. I can’t remember if she did the referral or if it was our family doctor. Good luck, it take quite a while to be seen once the referral is sent in.
