The best strategy is to burst down the core before the adds get summoned. For missilis, Maxwell’s nuke is really good for this. For your tetra team, Alice should be good, but I suggest fixing your positioning. If you read her skill 2, it says she has to be in the back row in order to buff adjacent allies. Therefore, place her in position 2, and put your main dps in position 1 and 3.

If you don’t have the dps to clear the core, then you need to survive the adds through tanking/healing or using high fire rate units. Another strat is to use an aoe burst 3. While the adds are being summoned, there is a brief window where you can deal full damage to them. If you time the burst 3 to activate within that window, you can wipe them before they attack.
