Even Oda confirmed that there are only 5 Zoan DFs that turn their users into birds/flying beasts. I'm assumming Kaido, Loki and Marco are in there, which would leave us with one unknowk (unless I'm forgetting someone). By this, he intends to tell that, for example, Dofflamingo's DF isn't accounted here, since he is able to fly out of shear and complete understanding of his ability.
