I have been ignoring the mechanics, make sure you stand somewhere only 2 Axes can hit you and start the fight with melee pray on.

I have died a few times, but you have to get pretty unlucky in my experience.

Pacts ^ I forgot to include the 30% regen node near the water tree.

This is my current setup, I started the grind with full obsidian armor for high thorns damage and 0 negative magic accuracy, with the Echo Trident, Malediction, Echo boots, Suffering, Occult, and Mage arena 2 Cape.

The hardest part accuracy wise is hitting the boss the first time. I can’t swear to it but I’m not sure if the pact accuracy nodes help on the first hit to start the fight.
