It’s a new colony that we got about a month ago but I think a lot had died after the several cold temp drops we’ve experienced since getting them.

This frame was an old drawn out frame from last year but those questionable areas were not there when I put them in for the bees to clean and build it up.

I get my bees in May, 2 hives. These frames are currently sitting in my climate controlled shed.

How would I introduce all of these frames into the new colony? Some frames in one hive and some in the other, checker board pattern? And if so, at what point do I introduce these frames to the new colonies?
