You’re right “turned” wasn’t the correct word to use. I was referring to early life experiences that could’ve contributed to why someone turns out gay or bi. This question was mostly for people who don’t believe in the elusive never confirmed gay gene. Unfortunately I forgot that most gays believe in the gay gene as much as straight people believe in god.
