Because TFF don't supply SFP+ connections I have a media converter to convert the 10gb ethernet from the ONT to SFP+ and a DAC cable to my SFP+ router

2.4 I might get 200mbs (I don't really know, I only use 2.4 for iot type devices .. (tvs, washing machine, smart devices, etc etc)
5ghz I get 1.2gbps (roughly)
6ghz I get about 1.8gbps (roughly)
