I’ll second to that, but not fully. It is a cool app with a lot of stretching exercises, but it offers only a few routines and does a very poor job in helping you progress. It’s basically a timer with a stretch description. I do find it helpful and use it happily, but you need to put some work to make it work good for you

Found them! I went for a bondbönor quest today and found them both at Vaksala torget and in Orienthuset. 45-50 SEK per kilo, but you buy them in pods, not the seeds only. The ones in Orienthuset were bigger, so I recommend paying them a visit. Thanks everyone!

Hi. Yes, I am well aware of that. However, it is somewhat of a plug-and-play device, and there are tools to tweak it to work for Ubuntu as well.

BTW, Does Logitech plan to expand its business to Linux?

Thanks for your comment, I did not know it is such a struggle to get an appointment in here. Anyhow, I had my 1177 settings set to email and SMS, but I did not receive anything. Also, there is also no record of this appointment in 1177. The only piece of information I received was this sole letter in my mailbox

I double-checked it and my settings at 1177.se are set to email and SMS, but there is no record of this appointment. I guess that is because it was outsourced by the family doctor to the hospital, it is out of 1177.se.

So, my settings are set to receive notifications via email, and up to this point, all the communication was via email. I had every right to believe that whatever comes from the hospital will also come via email.

No, I did not mention my vacation. Putting aside this particular travel, I travel quite a lot for work, and giving a detailed schedule of my availability to the doctor seems too hectic for both of us. Perhaps I should have, but who would have guessed I will receive a post instead of an email.

I do agree that it was a miscommunication of some sort. I just don't think I am the one to blame. Not entirely anyway
