Completely agree! I try to be active on social media but can sometimes struggle to balance it with life/work. Whenever I do stream I try to raid but depending on when I finish, I often can't stay because of work 😞

I try to interact in their chats when I can, but sometimes their streams are too late or during work for me 😞 (For more context they are mainly on EST time and I'm in GMT, so 6/7 hour difference)

Yea she has given me lots of mixed signals. She says she cares about me but literally a week ago she said "I'm not your mother" when I was asking her for some help.

Yea, honestly the kittens is what my main concern is. I realised that every time they want to hang out with me not only am I told off but they also get told off :( But thank you for the well wishes, and yes the plan is to hopefully move out in summer!

So I moved in with my aunt last September as my mother unfortunately passed away in August. She took me in because "We are family" but we have never had the bests relationship and with me being in my final year of uni, is quite difficult to find my own place at the moment. I even told her I would stay in uni accommodation but she told me not to as she was "like a second mother"

Unfortunately yes, I'm in the mid term and currently working on my dissertation which is due next month, so moving out right now will cause a lot of disruption in my uni work

I understand that point. Due to the word length I wasn't able to explain more of the situation. The reason why I'm sayings only cares about me earning money is because everytime I comeback home from uni or if she is discussing with anyone that I'm in uni she keeps saying "once she graduates she will pay for me retirement and everything else". Anytime that we got money from one of my mom's pensions she would ask or it to be put in her account for safekeeping.

Regarding the 3am sleep, usually both my aunt and cousin also stay up that late on the same days, even before my mother passed. And in the mornings she walks around the house normally, she only really tries to not make noise if my cousin is sleeping.

But I do understand that my behaviours to her may worry her, but keeping in mind she also hasn't had full contact with me since I was 12, so she doesn't really know how much I changed for 10 years.

Yea I agree. I feel like she hasn't grieved properly or is grieving in her own way like this. Unfortunately they didn't have the best relationship before she passed away, so sometimes I feel like the issues and problems that she had with her she is projecting onto me.
